Thanks for your swift reaction.
I'll answer your question a bit later, cause right now I'm far from the computer
with the Ubunto installation that showed the bug. Now only I can say, that I
made exactly the actions described in the "Help" provided - by the menu. It's
needed to say, that before the later, I made the overall uptating through the
command-line "sudo". This operation was recomended by some site, which I found
after a failed trial to install the packages java-sdk, eclipse, netbeans and
anjuta. I did that cause all my attempts to install these packages from the
corresponding links in the "Help" inadvertadly produced the error-dialog,
something like "the package not found". More details - later.
Truly,
Emil.

Very essential addition:
I think, the Ubintu installation that I have done also affected this bug.
When installing, I didn't have the networking cable connected to the computer.
After installation, I plugged in the cable and just for testing opened the
Firefox internet brouser. It opened and showed the full functionality properly:
opened the ordered sites, etc. So I relied on having full functonality of the
Ubintu. After that I did the actions I already described in the bug report and
in the response to your mail.
Supposedly, the distribution sites of the available packages are normally
gathered in the installation time, when the networking works. In my case the
networking started after the installation finished, so all the links of the kind
of "Install anjuta now" in the Help text remained not activated by the actual
adresses. The same happened with the "Software center". However in this case it
must inform the user that it doesn't have the internet address of the
corresponding site.

Thanks,
Emil
