Ubuntu Software Centre will not install software since upgrade from 10.04 to 10.10

1) Ubuntu 10.10

2) It is Ubuntu Software Centre 3.0.4

3) I expected the Software Centre to install my chosen software.

4) It did not install my chosen software!

Hi, I now realise what the problem is. I forgot I was using Safe Mode,
as the non-safe mode doesn't work! :muppet: :-)

I'll try and file that as a separate bug, when I get time! :-)
