Bug Description
Binary package hint: software-center
usually when we install the software center below will appear "in progress".
but when we get out of the window and then we go back to ubuntu software center "in progress" it is no longer there.
maslahnya is that we do not know the meter bar (loading) that are running, the way he is looking for software then we know the position of meter bar that is going on.
This is very disturbing, I beg for improvement here for user convenience
