pkgname not removed from blocklist upon cancellation

Launch s-c and browse to any list view. Select any application entry which has either an install or remove button in the list view. Click install/remove and cancel the auth dialog. Now attempt to install/remove again. The button disables, but does nothing. It should install/remove as normal.

tried to remvove 'libcups' the dialog said a few other apps will be removed too clicked 'remove all' the password dialog appeared and clicked cancel. then repeated the same process again and dialog came fine.
