featured pane displays 'hide 1 technical item'

When viewing the featured category (by clicking 'all' from the main screen), we have a 'hide 1 technical item' button in the action bar. Clicking this button causes the page to reload, but for the 'hide 1 technical item' button still to be displayed. We don't want show/hide technical items at all in the featured category.

with the proposed version of software center there is not show/hide technical items option in featured apps.
