translator-credits missing in .pot and no button in About menu to show translator

Binary package hint: software-center

Unlike other applications (e.g. Gedit), software-center only has an "Authors" button.
At leas a "Translators" button should be added.
Documentation and UI should be added if these were done by someone other than the authors.

Also, the "Authors" tab should list some important (code) contributors too.
