software-center remove a package instead installing it

When I install a package (it was gufw in this occurence) in software-center by clicking "Install" button, I expected an installation processing, instead that it did a removal processing (gufw wasn't installed yet) then I get an error "no removal needed", finally I got to do it again to fix it : it finally installed the package.
