Ubuntu Software Center 5.1.14.1, Ubuntu Precise Beta 2
1. At the home screen, slowly type "linux" in the search field.
What happens: The main pane goes completely grey after every keypress, before returning to the list of results.
What should happen: The list should not flash -- it should remain visible while it is being filtered.

I verified that this is still an issue in Ubuntu Software Center 5.1.14.1, Ubuntu Precise Beta 2.
