[a11y] hicolor theme: application list onhover, item text has low contrast

WITH HICOLOUR THEME ACTIVE:
Hovering over items in the appview list, text colour has low contrast with background colour. results: hard to read focussed/highlighted items. In other words the exact opposite point of hicolor theme :P
