When clicking on More Info on a package that is already installed from the Installed Software category the location bar will disappear.

Ugh. This means the only obvious way to get back to the top level of "Installed Software" is to relaunch USC.

I can reliably reproduce with the following steps:
1) Launch software center
2) Click "Installed Software" in the navigation pane
3) Click the "More Info" button for the first item in the list
