likewise-open-gui appears in "Themes & Tweaks" in Software Center, but appears in "Networking" in Synaptic (it should appear in the "System" section)
And a lot more
aptoncd, gnome-disk-utility, gnome-bluetooth (all appears in "Themes & Tweaks")

Confirmed in 1.1.26.
Does software-center use other mechanisms to select categories than synaptic?
ttfm is the "Time Travelling File Manager", but it's name begins with "ttf" which software-center appears to interpret as "TrueType Font".
