"Provided by Ubuntu" icon is invisible (white on white)

Bug Description
Ubuntu Software Center 1.1.22, Ubuntu Lucid
1. Switch to the Ambience theme, if you're not currently using it.
2. Expand the "Get Software" section.
3. Select the "Provided by Ubuntu" item.
What happens:
2. The "Provided by Ubuntu" item looks like it has no icon.
3. The icon is revealed as having been completely white on a white background.
What should happen: The icon should be visible against a white background.
This is apparently because the icon theme is setting the "distributor-logo" icon to be white. In the absence of -symbolic icons, it should be setting only the "distributor-
Alternatively, software-center should temporarily use a different icon.

The also happens when you click on 'Add to panel' and find menu both
icons are the same way.
