i cant delete and install application from ubuntu program's center

Binary package hint: software-center

After selecting the application to install software on ubuntu center, the application will not download, and i cant remove installed application.

Can you please open a terminal (Applications > Accessories > Terminal), type in

software-center

And then paste the output when you try to remove something.
