Select Help > About. Notice that the copyright line reads "©2009 Canonical". This should most likely read "©2009-2010 Canonical".

This is not a problem at software's end. indicator application is also not updated, computer janitor is also not updated and all canonical copyright apps in ubuntu are still showing 2009
