can't install softs of "add softs" on the menu

Binary package hint: software-center

Hi,
I can't install softwares that are on the repository on the Ubuntu menu down. In french it's named "logithèque ubuntu" you open it and it shows synaptic in a more graphical view. when I clic on install : nothing occurs.
