Software Centre does not want to Install

Binary package hint: software-center

I selected application to be installed and it showed me the detail screen that describes the application with the Install button at the bottom. I clicked on the Install button, but nothing happens, even after 3 minutes. It used to work, but now all of a sudden it does not want to work anymore.

Is there anything in /var/log/syslog or in the terminal window when this happens?

It seems that this problem has cleared by itself. Probably after one of the Updates. I installed an application today without any problems.
