Bug Description
Binary package hint: software-center
Proxy settings are applied system wide, also I give apt my user pass and proxy server in /etc/apt/apt.conf.
apt-get is working, synaptic also, software-center can also install packages I ask for, but it continuously ask for user/pass to download the screenshot of the application.
It seems software-center's internal download routine isn't aware of proxy settings.
