My Toshiba x200 Notebook does not start with acpi with the new kernel 2.6.31

i have ugraded my KUBUNTU from 9.04 to 9.10.In 9.04 i had no Problems with the acpi , now it takes 5 Minutes if acpi startparameter is not set to off and than the system is not running correctly (mouse is not availible ).
