Bug Description
When a package can not be installed due to unmet dependencies software-center currently displays the following message:
'Package dependencies cannot be resolved: This error could be caused by required additional software packages which are missing or not installable. Futhermore there could be a conflict between software packages which are not allowed to be installed at the same time. >Details'

The bug here is that there is no good message when a package can not get installed:
sudo apt-get install dillo

distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
