Bug Description

In Ubuntu Gnome 17.04, as of the most recent update, when I open a downloaded .deb file, it goes to the package manager, but when I click install, the install button goes white and nothing happens. Replicated across two systems.

Reproduced on both my systems running standard Ubuntu 17.04. Both a fresh install and my daily driver. Nothing happens to the install button however, it just acts as if I never clicked it.
