failed to download repository information

sir,
I am using ubuntu11.10[oneiric ocelot]. It was released on october 2011.My version of ubuntu software center is 5.0.1.4 My ubuntu software center does not shows install button and and when I press 'Use This Source' button It shows network connection error and fails to download repository information. While I am connected to Internet via mobile broadband. I expected for ubuntu software center to show install button. But It does not show install button and fails to download repository information and shows network connection error.

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but this appears to be a "regular" (non-security) bug. I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy.
