I want to suggest some options which I didn't find in ubuntu software center and that affect my personal use in everyday and I'm sure you all encountered the need for them.
1) multiple installs/uninstalls:
one checks boxes in front of multiple apps then clics the install button to install/remove them all
2) a wishlist:
one adds apps to his/her wishlist to install them later.
3) when navigating the "history" in USC clicking on an app's name should guide you to it's page in USC so you can remove it, install it or review it. now you have to go from the "history" tab to "all software" or "installed" tabs and then search for the app to do the previous actions
