can not write review for apps

Bug Description

Using 15.04 (xfce), can not write a review for any app in the Software Center. Looked through the bug reports, but not see exactly this issue. I apologize if it is a known bug, and I missed it. In my case, the sign in wheel would simply spin without end at first. Now, the link seems entirely broken. I was going on the premise that an account, like Ubuntu One, would be used to sign in.

This appears to be a similar issue to this: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/software-center/+bug/1445745?comments=all and I put a workaround in the details that worked for me.
