Bug Description
As I begin to use Ubuntu more and more I have grown to like the USC, but one glaring "papercut" is the hiding of the search bar when you view an app.
There is zero reasons to hide it, the space isn't even used by anything else, and makes an annoying extra click to search again for anything else.
