failure to download license keys

Bug Description

I've had several reports about issues downloading the license key for Quick 'n Easy Web Builder, but none of the customers included much useful information until today. Below is one customer's USC log while trying to install it. Hopefully there is enough information to be useful.

What information is missing / needed?

We're hoping to get actual stats on total purchases vs successful downloads, but that won't help identify the cause of the issue, just its priority.
