Ubuntu software center won't start, undefined symbol

Bug Description

When trying to start 'sudo software-center' or 'software-center' from CLI, receive error:
/usr/bin/python: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libwebkitgtk-3.0.so.0: undefined symbol: soup_proxy_resolver_default_get_type

I owuld like to upgrade to 14.10 using software-center, but this issue is blocking.

When I run update-manager' from CLI it works until I press
'upgrade to 14.10' then I receive same error as reported above.

I am currently running:
ubuntu 12.10 LTS
Python 2.7/3.2
libwebkit1.0
libwebkitgtk3.0
libsoup2.4-1
libsoup-gnome2.4-1
