Software center freezes in grey screen

I try open the Software Center, but I cant do it. His freeze in grey screen. Using a command sudo software-center, this comment shows:

Guyz, I've found a solution.

I erase cache files in my Home folder (Ctrl + H to show hidden files) in .cache folder. Erasing the file and folders in .cache/software-center works to me.

I was reported for futher information to community.
