Bug Description

Hi,

I just noticed that Ubuntu Software Center does not show most of my installed apps, even though i used DEB files (for most of them) and installed them via Ubuntu Software Center. It only shows software installed via the ubuntu repository itself.

Basically anything i downloaded and installed (via DEB files) or anything i installed via terminal does not seem to show up in the "installed apps" list.

None of my indicator apps show up as well but i installed most of them via terminal.
