Bug Description

Running testcase Post-installation (Xubuntu) in Xubuntu Desktop i386 for Trusty Daily (2013-11-24). In order to execute the step 2 of the testcase and just after opening Software Center it crashes with signal 5 in _XReadEvents().
Even after successive attempts Software Center doesn't open, making it unusable.
