Bug Description
I tried out a piece of software and then uninstalled it. I'd like to write a review explaining why, but Ubuntu Software Center tells me "You need to install this before you can review it."
I *have* installed it, hence my desire to write a review. It seems silly to have to reinstall it again just to write a review.
