software-center crashes on start

Bug Description

In Ubuntu 13.04, clicking on software-center icon on Unity panel, nothing happens.
Via terminal, the following error occurs:

Thank you for taking your time to report this bug. This bug is a duplicate of bug 1159636 and is marked as such. As the fix for bug 1159636 is already released, you should be able to fix this problem by upgrading your system.
