Bug Description
When using the Software Centre, I personally don't use it for discovery often. Rather, I typically have a very specific application that I wish to install. In my opinion, the search box should be accessible before the main screen has loaded.
I imagine this has been discussed before, but I could not find a bug for it. Please mark this as a duplicate if it is.
