Sc adds KDE ('non-administrator') version of synaptic to unity launcher

Test case:
Use S-C to install synaptic, 2 entries are shown , doesn't matter which one is selected
S-C will add "synaptic-kde.desktop" to the launcher which will open without admin privileges
