Bug Description

I'm not sure what it means, but I found 36 lines of the form

(software-center:3301): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_icon_set_render_icon_pixbuf: assertion `icon_set != NULL' failed

in ~/.xsession-errors today. software-center had hung trying to install two packages for me, but that might be unrelated.

Michael, thank you for the quick reaction.
