Bug Description

1. Open System Settings>Universal Access
2. Turn on the High Contrast theme

What Happens
-------------------
1. Software Center has unusual pink highlights.
2. Hovering over any of the large 4 buttons in the main toolbar turns the text and icon blue.
3. The back and forward buttons have a black background.
(If you install gnome-themes-standard and use System Settings>Appearance to change the theme to Adwaita, there is a gray background behind those buttons)
4. In both HighContrast and Adwaita, the "Show 301 technical items" infobar is a blue link on black background which is difficult to read.

The red stars have been reported separately in bug 1083256.

Suggested changes
--------------------------
1. I don't think we need highlights at all, except maybe a gray highlight for the active main toolbar button.
2. For HighContrast, the icons should be white and black and hovering should make the background of the icon black and the text white.
3. There shouldn't be a background there.
4. The background should be gray or even white.

Perhaps this is a general problem with Qt or QML but I don't see similar problems with other Qt apps like Ubuntu One or Ubuntu Online Accounts.

I can split this into separate bug reports if that would help tracking.
