Multiarch apps are not displayed in launcher

The new behaviour is for apps to be transferred to the launcher upon completion of installation.

This is currently not happening for multiarch apps.

Sliders is the first app you can try this on once it has been published.

Steps:
1. Open USC
2. search for sliders (initially)
3. install it

repeat with Lord Of Ultima
