Hi Gary
I am lost in the labrynth of your bug reportng system and very confused. I
have not been able to get the issue resolved in a month and cannot use the
software at all now after following the recommended steps. Is it possible
just to get a refund and put this whole thing behind me.

Thanks in advance
if there is a more appropriate place to ask please let me know as no one
seems to be responding to the bug thread anymore.
