Bug Description

Bug Description:
Currently Software Center links to a support feature with the line "Support Web Site" this can just as easily be a mailto: address, it would be nice that if this is the case that USC listed it as "Support Email" instead then people won't be surprised by the email client opening.

SCA Version:
n/a

OS:
64bit Precise

USC Version:
5.2.2.2

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open USC set to staging
2. Open the details page for the test app
3. Note it say "Support Web Site"
4. Click it and wait for the email client to open

Expected Results:
I expect something that specifically state Website to open FF/other browser and open a link note open an email client, if USC was smart enough to say "Support Email" that would suddenly prep me differently.

Hey mpt! Incomplete just indicates we are awaiting further information. As this is a new feature request, I was asking you for your take on it as I did not feel we had all of the information for the work without that.

Also, please never move any bug that has had work done on it at all back to the "New" state. We need "New" in order to be able to find bugs that nobody has looked at yet. Once any pair of eyes has looked at a bug, even if just to evaluate it, it just move from "New" to the appropriate state, and never again be set back to "New".

In other words, "New" indicates "Not looked at yet", per the LP description for the state.

Thanks!
