Bug Description

Ubuntu Software Center should have keys that developers can hand out users that marks the software as purchased in UCS and allows downloads.

When you buy the Humble Indie Bundle (and pay more than $1) you also get a Steam key that allows you download the games on Steam.

You should be able to get a USC key so you can download it.

This is not specific to Steam, it just mentions Steam as Steam has this functionality.
It also is not specific to HIB, it can apply to any commercial software sold which is also available in USC.
