opml2snow not working because the package is missing the dependency libxml-simple-perl

The package snownews contains the application snownews itself and the perlscript opml2snow. But opml2snow depends on the package libxml-simple-perl which isn't installed by default on ubuntu.

So the package snownews needs the dependecie libxml-simple-perl. Should be really easy to fix in the debian/control.

Shouldn't the libxml-simple-perl be in the Depends section, instead of Recommends in the control file?
In the above debdiff it is in the Recommends section.

The package snownews has been removed from Debian and subsequently from Ubuntu during the Karmic development cycle. Since this bug report does not meet the requirements for a stable release update I am changing it's status to Won't Fix.
