The network configuration looks a bit unusual. I used enxb827eb62c3b4 and wlan0 in the setup window, eth0 doesn't seem to appear, but also I noticed that the network interface pages came up in a different order to the one on the other computer with the network interface having to be added again at the end. (Other computer is roseapple with mate 15.10 this is Pi 3 with mate 16.04)
