  * Non-maintainer upload
  * Upload to sid
  * Back to libsndio7.0 due to request from Release Team.
    - Break/Replaces libsndio7.1 to make sure there is an upgrade path
      from the library that appeared only in experimental and ubuntu jammy
  * Add compatibility symlink with old libsndio7.0 library
  * Bump symbols file versions to 1.8.1 to make sure reverse-dependencies pick
    up the new library
