Bug Description
Since upgrading to 23.10 I've noticed that snap-installed packages do not scale properly on my secondary monitor, unless fractional scaling is enabled. Attached are screenshots showing this.
I also confirmed across the same app that the snap installation seemed to be the culprit. Initially my firefox browser was snap installed and had the same scaling issues. By installing firefox-esr from the Mozilla ppa I was able to get the proper scaling back with my browser
