Bug Description

$ sudo snap remodel uc22-edge.model
error: cannot perform the following tasks:
- Create recovery system with label "20230912-1" (cannot create a recovery system with label "20230912-1" for ubuntu-core-22-amd64-edge: unable to copy /var/lib/snapd/snaps/pc-kernel_1419.snap to /run/mnt/ubuntu-seed/snaps/pc-kernel_1419.snap: no space left on device)

After doing one remodel, cannot do a second remodel due to running out of disk sapce on the ubuntu-seed partition.

Also not sure how to delete a recovery system.

snap help => didn't have anything obvious. the "snapshot" commands claimed i have no snapshots.

not sure if `snap recovery` should allow creating new recovery systems / deleting recovery systems, or if extra commands are expected.

one should be able to delete recovery systems themselves.
or they should be auto cleaned up upon remodel to keep the latest one, without the obsolete ones.
