Hi Andreas, thanks for reporting this bug! Which snapd version are you using? How did this bug happened, was it after an upgrade or have you had this for a longer time?
Edit: a few commands that can help us understand the situation better:

snap version
snap list
sudo journalctl -b -u snapd
sudo journalctl -b -t audit
======
(make sure you have attempted to run at least a couple of snaps before running the last two commands)
