Looks like interfaces-network-status is still broken and/or not coded for s390x.
There are new regressions it seems.

I do not know if upower is supported on s390x, or even makes sense - there are, kind of, no plug & play nor battery powered devices on s390x.

bluez - in theory should be supported, in practice, but there is no way to link/use bluetooth on s390x.

dbus / fuse_support / system-observe / network-status -> should all work imho.
