snapd on s390x tried to run locationd tests, which does not exist on s390x

Note that src:location-service has never existed on s390x, and will not exist in the future either. And mainframes don't usually change their GPS location ;-)

This is fixed now, we don't run these tests on s390x anymore as part of autopkgtest.
