snap find should allow searching non-stable channels

Bug Description

Many of the 'snap' command-line commands respect --beta or --channel=beta (or --edge) but not 'snap find'.

This makes it more difficult for people to be able to test snaps that haven't been pushed to stable yet.

It also makes it difficult for developers to know whether someone has already started working on a snap for a particular app which could lead to work being duplicated.

As we already know from bug 1748624 - by default `snap find` shows only featured snaps.

Current bug should be fixed.
