snap info not finding all packages

Bug Description

on my UC 16 kvm with snapd updated to 2.18 via the candidate channel, i am unable to find snaps via snap info. please see attachment.

@chipaca, are you changing the logic to point to any snap in any channel? or will it continue to point to snaps in stable only?
