2.12 crashes with latest ubuntu-core snap due to re-exec

Bug Description

The latest change in snapd requires from packaging changes as well. This means that running ubuntu-core/edge crashes snapd with:

$ snap list
error: cannot list snaps: cannot communicate with server: Get http://localhost/v2/snaps: dial unix /run/snapd.socket: connect: connection refused

This is fixed now, we support native listening without systemd listerners.
